Video authoring and encoding
By using variant video proccess technology, we convert your video source (e.g. HDCam Digital Betacam, HDV, Film) into a Digital, high-quality, production-ready Standard Definition(SD) or High Definition(HD) master.
Mastering
Digital information from the master disc is transferred to a thin metal disc, called the stamper, via a glass plate/silicon wafer. The stamper is mounted onto an injection moulding machine for making the compact disc.
Disc Replication
The process where melted polycarbonate resin is injected onto the mould cavity of the replication machine to produce identical copies of a CD or a DVD from a stamper.
Disc printing
We print the label ( image and text ) onto the non-playing side of the disc by the following methods:

- Offset Printing
Packaging materials sourcing
We procure and monitor the inventories of various kinds of packaging materials from our approved vendors to serve your specific quest for quality and delivery.
Packing
We provide automatic and flexible packing services to pack the digital media with other customer consigned materials in accurate quantity, position and parts.
Shipping
We deliver the end products with proper shipping documents to your warehouse, appointed freight forwarder or ports as you required in safe manner.
